Google Account

❓What it does

• Allows access to your Google Account within the G-Suite apps on the panel.

✅ Recommendation

• Add your Google account and turn ON auto logout to ensure your account is secure. 

💡Why

• Allows access to curriculum and resources on your panel. With auto-logout it will require your Google account password when first powering on daily. Ideal for that unexpected sick day.

❓What it does

• Removes access to your Google Account within the G-Suite apps on the panel.

✅ Recommendation

• Remove your Google account after temporary use, or location change. 

💡Why

• Removing your account will remove it from all G-Suite apps, and allow for other users to navigate the apps with ease.

• From your teacher laptop, open Google Chrome and go to myaccount.google.com. Find Security in the left menu. 

• Scroll down to My devices then click on Manage all devices. You’ll find a list of all devices you have signed into your Google Account on. 

• The Clear Touch Panel will be listed as Android Devices along with Android phones and tablets (For example: ClearTouch six_zero_XXAplus) 

• To remove a device, click on the device name, then click sign out.
