Managing and Accessing Files

Like the Mac OS, your panel has a Finder app for file storage.

Access Finder from the All Apps menu by swiping up from the home screen or by using the overlay toolbar and selecting All Apps.

Storage locations are listed along the left side, with the default view set to Recent.

Select Local Files to view files stored on the device, Cloud Drives to access connected Google Drive or OneDrive accounts, or USB to access external storage when connected.

Folders in Local Files

Folders for various software programs are prepopulated for you.

Mark: contains saved screenshots from the mark pen tool on the overlay toolbar

Record: contains all recordings taken with the record feature from the overlay toolbar. This folder is automatically created after your first recording.

Download: contains all files downloaded from the internet while using an Android browser

Notes: contains Android Note files saved as a whiteboard .enb file (also has a Mark subfolder that contains screenshots taken with Crop tool from the overlay toolbar)

Viewing Preferences

Adjust the settings in the Finder app to view files your way.

The grid view is the default, but you are able to easily change to list view. Use Sort to sort files by name, time, size or type. Search for files by keyword by typing in the search box in the top right.

Use Select to select multiple files or folders at once, or Create to create a new folder.

File Options

Once one or more files are selected, file options will populate at the bottom of the viewing interface.

Copy: Duplicate your file

Delete: to trash your file.

Rename: Highly recommended when using Mark or Crop tools, since these files will save with date and time stamps.

Cut and Paste: Move your file from one location to another. You can also hold and drag a file if preferred.

Send: Allows you to move the file from one storage location to another. For example, send your locally saved file to a connected cloud drive or USB drive.

Pro Tip: Use the Picture in Picture option from the Overlay Toolbar to easily show another input (such as your document camera or computer) directly inside the Android interface. Now, using the Crop and Save options will allow you to save screenshots of any input to the local storage of your Android OS.

Cloud Drive

Add your account to share files from your panel with ease.

To link your OneDrive or Google Drive, open Finder and select Cloud from the left-side navigation menu, then tap Add Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your credentials.

You can also add and manage accounts through the Cloud Drive app.
