This course builds upon the understanding of the meaning, components, benefits and scientific bases of physical fitness, as well as the administration of physical fitness tests. It also includes locomotor, non-locomotor, gymnastics, and aerobic activities intended to develop the fitness of the students. It is believed that this subject will help the students adopt positive attitudes towards lifetime participation in physical activities and improvement of one's health.
