Use Google Meet to hold video meetings within and outside of your organization. People can host or join calls from a computer, mobile phone, or popular video conferencing system.
Admins can configure basic settings for Google Meets such as:
Troubleshooting with the Meet Quality Tool Overview
Restricting bandwidth
Allowing audio/video only
Turning Recording on for org/OU
Turning on Attendance reporting
Basic settings can be found by:
Click on Apps > Google Workspace > Google Meet > Meet video setting
Meet quality tool can be configured at:
Click on Apps > Google Workspace > Google Meet > Meet quality tool
Sign into Admin Console, go to Apps by:
Select Organizational Unit to configure
Click on Meet > Tool Overview

Filter based on other Metrics
Click on a filtered Result
View the Overview of the Meet Calls
Sign into Admin Console, Select Apps.
Select Google Workspace > Meet
Select the Organizational Unit to configure
Select meet Video Settings
Under Telephone Apply the changes
In the Admin Console > Apps
Select Google Workspace > Settings for Google Meet
Select Organizational Unit on left to apply the changes
Select Meet Video Settings
Select Default Video Quality to apply any changes.
Sign into Admin Console
Select Apps > google Workspace
3. Select the Organizational Unit to configure
Select Google Meet> Meet Video Settings
Select Recording to apply the settings.
Let organizers get report about who attended the meetings.
1. In the admin console > select Apps, >Google Workspace Apps
2. Select Google Meet > Select the organizational unit to apply the settings
3. Select Meet Video Settings > scroll down to Select Attendance Reporting > Apply the changes
