Features and services available can be tailored by creating sub-organisations also known as organisational units (OUs). Admins can also customise the settings that apply to the OUs and can choose to override settings that may be inherited by default from the parent organisation

Click on organisational units > create new organisational unit (yellow “plus” button)
Fill up the name, description and select the parent organisation > click “create”
Tick the users you want to move
Click on more > change organisational unit > select destination OU > continue
Save changes
To use Google Workspace with your organization, you need a domain name. This name will be in your users' email address as in maria@example.com. You can use a domain that you currently own. Or you can purchase a new domain when you sign up for our services. To use services with other domains that you own, add those domains to your account at no extra cost.
