Depending on the current subscriptions, admins can choose to:
cancel their workspace subscriptions and delete the organization’s google account,
Cancel their workspace subscription but continue to manage other subscriptions that will remain active in the admin console
If the account is deleted, admins can:
add a new Google Workspace subscription to the existing account within 21 days of cancelling.
otherwise, they need to wait until after 84 days when the cancellation process finishes
Click on billing to see subscriptions
Click on desired license > assign license
Tick desired user > click more > assign licenses
Select the correct license. View more options by clicking on the dropdown menu
Click assign
