Regular Registration Fee

- Two-hour Enrichment Class - 20 hours of enrichment over the course of two weeks.

  • Session 1 Cost: (One week)
    • Standard tuition is $120 ($105 after discount with early bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017)
  • Session 2 or 3 Cost: (Two weeks)
    • Standard tuition is $240 ($205 after discount with early bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017)

- Preschooler (Full Day 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

  • Session 1 Cost: (One week)
    • Standard tuition is $340 ($270 after discount with early bird registration bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017)
  • Session 2 or 3 Cost: (Two weeks)
    • Standard tuition is $680 ($540 after discount with early bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017)

    • Standard tuition is $520 ($415 after discount with early bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017))

- Day Camp, Technology Academy or Sports Academy (Full Day 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

  • Session 1 Cost: (One week)
    • Standard tuition is $275 ($220 after discount with early bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017)
  • Session 2 or 3 Cost: (Two weeks)
    • Standard tuition is $550 ($440 after discount with early bird registration if paid before 18 May 2017)

PAYMENT

  • All clients may pay for classes or programs in US dollars or the equivalent in Egyptian pounds.
  • Bank transfer to CIB (Commercial International Bank, Egypt) account number for Egyptian pound (12-90-10501-2) and for US Dollars (12-90-40001-7) CIB branch road 9 Maadi. You must bring or send a scanned copy of the bank transfer statement to the CAC office of registrar or send it to summer@g-cacegypt.org. (You need to add to the attention of Summer Program and Student Name on the bank receipt)
  • The Summer Programs Registration Office can accept checks made out to "Cairo American College".


REFUND POLICY

  1. Participants will receive a FULL refund if they withdraw from a class or a program before 18 May 2017. No refunds will be issued if withdrawal is made after 18 May 2017.
  2. The currency of payment will reflect the currency of refund.
  3. All withdrawals must be made either online or in person at the Summer Program Registration Office.
  4. Failure to adhere to our attendance policy during the sessions may result in a withdrawal without a refund, please note the attendance policy.
