All clients may pay for classes or programs in US dollars or the equivalent in Egyptian pounds.
Bank transfer to CIB (Commercial International Bank, Egypt) account number for Egyptian pound (12-90-10501-2) and for US Dollars (12-90-40001-7) CIB branch road 9 Maadi. You must bring or send a scanned copy of the bank transfer statement to the CAC office of registrar or send it to summer@g-cacegypt.org. (You need to add to the attention of Summer Program and Student Name on the bank receipt)
The Summer Programs Registration Office can accept checks made out to "Cairo American College".
REFUND POLICY
Participants will receive:
FULL refund if they withdraw from a class or a program before 24 May 2018.
Partial refund (40%) will be issued if withdrawal is made before two weeks of session's start date and no refund afterward.
The currency of payment will reflect the currency of refund.
All withdrawals must be made either online or in person at the Summer Program Registration Office.
Failure to adhere to our attendance policy during the sessions may result in a withdrawal without a refund, please note the attendance policy.
