Sports Academy (Dutch Academy)
Full day 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Age range: 6 - 15 year old
Get moving! The Dutch sports team is here to give your teens a fun-filled, non-competitive sports activities that will enrich their athletic and social development. The participants will learn not only the fundamental skills and techniques of the sports they are playing but also learn other essential skills such as active listening, team playing, and goal setting. A wide variety of indoor and outdoor sports are being offered such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, handball, table tennis, and much more.
Aside from engaging the children in various sports, the course also offers enrichment programs to promote mental fitness such as arts, science, music, dance, cooking, and language.
A daily schedule is being set and followed.
8:00 - 9:00 am - Soccer
9:00 - 10:00 am - Volleyball and other team sports
10:00 - 10:20 am - BREAK
10:20 am - 12:20 pm - Enrichment classes
12:20 - 1:00 pm - LUNCH
1:00 - 2:00 pm - Basketball
2:00 - 3:00 pm - Swimming
Campers should bring: a morning snack (packed separately from the camper’s lunch), a full lunch with several beverages, a swimsuit, a towel, goggles, sunscreen and a backpack (you may wish to consider labeling all personal belongings).
Session 1 Cost: (One week)
Standard tuition is $275
Session 2 or 3 Cost: (Two weeks)

I’m passionate about Sports, Recreation and Fitness and developing opportunities for children to participate and grow through these activities. I strongly believe that we ought to help children appreciate each person's individuality while developing their ability to work and play together so they have an awareness of the benefits of cooperation and fairness. By educating through physical education and sports I believe we can create an environment that prepares children to cope with competition, winning, losing, and developing respect for their body and health.
Throughout the duration of the CAC summer program, we will strive to create an open, welcoming atmosphere where confidence is built, risks are taken, and the focus is put on what each children can accomplish. We will plan and offer a wide variety of activities that will allow each student to thrive and achieve success!
