Sitting on the floor between the lockers of Mr. Rozenblooms 7th grade classroom, I knew I was going to be a teacher! Something hit me and a passion for teaching took hold and led me on my educational journey.
I started my teaching career 30 years ago which has included being a Paraprofessional, Preschool Teacher, Preschool Director, Kindergarten Teacher, Reading Specialist and now an Instructional Coach. My passion for teaching has not wavered, instead when things change or challenge me, it sets me on a new course that continues to grow my knowledge and passion for education.
As I evolved as an educator my passion shifted to include working with teachers as well as students. I love working alongside our educators, helping them find their voice, passion and vision of what being a teacher looks like for them. I bring a variety of expertise to this position which includes providing and designing professional development, National LETRS certification with Local Certification for training educators, PD Associate for Great Minds as well as heart, passion and love for teaching.
Supporting our campus as we grow, learn and succeed is my aspiration while being the Instructional Coach at Florence K8. #GopherStrong
My name is Sarah Pampanin, and I am the new instructional coach at Circle Cross Ranch. This will be my eleventh year with the Florence Unified School District. I was a teacher for eight years and then an instructional coach for the last two years. I am originally from New Jersey, having studied there and received my dual bachelor's degree in early childhood, elementary education, and English literature. I moved to Arizona over a decade ago with my husband, and together, we have two daughters, two dogs, and two kitties.
I fell in love with our English curriculum and was given a fabulous opportunity to become a Great Minds fellow, where I learned to deliver professional development to educators nationwide. Because of this, I realized how much I enjoyed helping other educators continue their lifelong learning and pursued my master's degree in curriculum and instruction.
I am beyond excited to join the Circle Cross Ranch team as a Cheetah, and I cannot wait to connect with our staff, students, and community! 🐆💛
Born and raised in Texas but have lived in Arizona for the past 20 years where I have taught at STH. I am now an Instructional Coach at STH and love my journey helping teachers, students, and families. I have been married for 39 years and have three amazing young men. Some day I hope to visit my roots in Ireland and France.
My three core values Connection, Reflection, and Balance show up in every part of my role as an Instructional Coach. I began my educational career as a first grade teacher where seeing wonder and excitement for learning on those little faces made everyday incredibly rewarding. My goal is to support teachers so they have that same opportunity with their students. I am passionate about curriculum and instruction, and strive to partner with teachers to provide a safe and engaging learning environment for kids. My passions include social emotional learning, intervention, and educator wellness. I strive to make meaningful connections, adjust learning through reflection, and intentionally balance work and personal life.
I've been passionate about education since day one! After years in the classroom, I earned my Ed. Specialist in K-12 Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Through a variety of experiences teaching elementary, English, credit recovery, and English Language Learners, I accomplished my dream of becoming an Instructional Coach. I love collaborating and supporting teachers, while continuing to learn. My goal is to help retain and train the next generation of amazing educators.
Outside of school, my life revolves around faith, family, and friends. When I have free time (which is rare!), I enjoy golfing with my husband, reading, and spending quality time with family, and showering my grandchildren with love.
