eIEP PRO Training

For support with learning the eIEP PRO program, we first will have employees new to using eIEP PRO go through the training provided on the eIEP PRO website. This training is 2.5 hours total but can be broken down into sections and watched in chunks. There is a MET section but if you are not doing evaluations, feel free to start with the IEP sections as they are more relevant for you and you can always go back to the MET section.

How to access eIEP PRO Training:

1. Log in to www.e-IEPPro.com/fusd

2. Click on eTraining at the top of the screen in the black bar.

3. Under eIEP PRO eTraining Module, click on New Staff Training.

4. Then click on "A Comprehensive Training for Staff on How to Use the eIEP PRO."

It will be helpful to have the "All-In-Packet" either downloaded or printed. See supporting documents below. If you would like a printed version of the packet in color, please let Shana or Jennine know.

For training purposes, you can use a sample student. To accesss a sample student in our district, type, "Training, Student" in the student search bar. Click on a Training Student-Initial Record. There will be a three digit school code for each sample student. You can select whatever one is available to you.

After watching the video, please complete the quiz. Once the quiz has been submitted, you will receive a certificate of completion for passing with an 80% or higher.

We recognize that some staff will need or want additional support. We offer office hours multiple times a week virtually or in-person. We can also schedule times convenient for you if these times don't work.
