Please complete the following activity before attending the start of the workshop.
Select one data artifact from your classroom teaching practice that represents teaching data literacy. Bring with you to Day 1 of the workshop. Here are some possible examples:
a graph that students created of their favorite food, sport etc.
a picture showing how students sorted things into categories.
examples of line plots and graphs, or any visual representation of data
surveys, survey questions, data collection
any data collected/represented/analyzed as part of a lesson
This does NOT need to be large -- we want to get to know you and your context, as well as have something on which to build moving forward!
We look forward to learning with and from you in the four day workshop! Refreshments will be available at 8:30a and we start promptly at 9a.

Fall 2025 Reunion (date TBD)
A Fall 2025 Reunion will be scheduled where we will share out what data activities we have tried and how it went together. Cohort 1 from Summer 2024 will be invited so that all 50 teachers can meet each other.
If you would like to invite one of us to visit any part of your work day (e.g. planning period and/or class), we would be thrilled to receive this invitation. Please note a classroom visit is NOT required of you.
