In order to practice, you must complete the athletic clearance and have a physical on file. For instructions to complete these tasks, please go to: https://sites.google.com/fsusd.org/rhsathletics/home

After you are done with those pre-requisites, practices will begin September 7th, 2026 and practice will be every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:45-5:45pm--pre-season practices are important because these days will essentially serve as tryouts for our athletes. These practices will allow students to show the coaching staff their commitment to the sport and to the team (please refer to the calendar page for more details)
