How do I contact a school counselor?
The counseling offices are located in the Main Office building.
School counselors' hours of availability are: 8:15 am to 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday
Appointments are preferred. You may schedule an appointment with your counselor by phone, email or Google Calendar: E-mail is usually a much more efficient way to get answers and feedback from counselors;

Care Solace provides care connections for mental health concerns related to:
alcohol,marijuana, hallucinogens, inhalants , opioids, stimulants, sedatives, anxiety, depression, suicide, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma & stress, disruptive, impulse control, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders

Students and families can access self-service mental health assistance by following this link: Care Solace
Care Solace is an online resource with a live 24×7 concierge line that assists individuals in finding local mental health related programs and counseling services. To use Care Solace, individuals answer ten basic questions in order to receive an extensive list of referrals to applicable care providers. Care Solace takes into account all types of private insurance including Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Medicare and those that have no insurance.
FSUSD’s partnership with Care Solace provides access to services for our students, staff, and families at no cost. Please note, this service is an optional resource available by choice and is not mandatory in any way. Care Solace does not require a user’s name, address, phone number, or date of birth. All of the information that is entered on their platform is completely confidential and stored securely.

Aeries Troubleshooting
Go to www.fsusd.org
Select “Family Resources” tab
Select “Aeries”
Select “Create New Account” - you can select either parent or student
Give your email address. For student, email is student id# (for example, s111111@fsusd.org. For parent, give your email address.
An email confirmation will be sent to your email. For student, it will be sent to their school gmail account.
Password - For parents and students - create a strong password with upper and lower case letters, as well as a number and symbol.
Follow the prompts
Please note that the phone number has to be the PRIMARY number used on the Student’s Aeries Record.
