Arrivals (if child is participating in PE)

7:30-7:50 – Children arriving with parents or on buses will sit on benches while waiting classmates. All buses will unload at the Gore Bus Loop (front loop). Parents dropping off will park in open spaces, get their child from the car and meet ELC staff at the bus loop. (DO NOT PARK IN THE BUS LOOP)

7:50 - ELC staff will bring bus riders into the ELC to store personal items, use the bathroom, wash hands and then walk to PE.

7:55 - ELC staff walk the children to Settles Gym for PE.

Arrivals (if child is NOT participating in PE)

8:40-8:45 - Bring your child directly to the classroom. If you arrive after 8:45 - check in at the front office in Gore (for DHH) or Cary White (for Blind/Visually Impaired). (DO NOT PARK IN THE BUS LOOP)

Dismissal Procedures

3:30 (M-TH) - All ELC students - bus riders and parent pick up will be dismissed from the Gore bus loop.
