The motor attached to the ARM is not strong enough to lift the claw by itself, so it needs to use the system of gears and rubber bands to work.
ALSO - The arm is not attached directly to the gear, there is a "pin" on the gear that pushes up on the arm to raise it.
DO NOT USE THIS BLOCK "Spin Arm forward for ## degrees"!
Because of the mechanical setup of the arm.
The ARM will be programmed by moving the motor to different positions using these position blocks!
SET is only used ONCE at the beginning of any program, to give the motor it's starting position!
SPIN is used to move the arm to different locations.
LEARNING ACTIVITY
At the beginning of any program using the arm you must set the motor to position 0.
At the end of the program you must spin the motor back to position 0.
