"Pride Perspective with Mr. Z"
We continue to build on the tremendous start to the school year! Please continue to monitor Canvas and Unit Assessment Plans to see upcoming Progress Checks for Understanding (non-weighted grades) and Assessments of Learning (weighted grades) as part of the units in the 1st Quarter.
Student IDs were distributed this week to all students. Students are required to have their school ID with them each day and present to campus administrators and staff at arrival to the building.
The safety of our students, staff and families continues to be our top priority each and every day. As we shared earlier this week via email, our campus has implemented guidelines for student use of e-bikes and/or electric scooters. Starting Monday September 15th, all e-bikes and electric scooters must be registered with the campus and the e-bike permit sticker must be displayed in the designated location. Any e-bikes or electric scooters without a permit sticker will face possible confiscation until registered. In addition, to combat excessive speeding and reckless driving all e-bikes and electric scooters must be walked upon arrival at the campus parking lot and until departure onto Stonebrook Parkway and Timber Ridge Drive. Students riding their e-bike and/or electric scooter on campus will face possible disciplinary consequernces up to and including loss of privileges for the remainder of the year. Please continue to reinforce with your student, the importance of safety when operating these e-bikes and electric scooters.
The 2025-2026 school year will conclude learning experiences with students on the final day of the 2025-2026 school calendar. Students are expected to be in attendance and will be completing their last assessment of learning of the last unit in the 4th quarter in all classes up through the last day of school on Friday - May 22nd.
