We have had a great start to the month of October.  It's hard to believe we will conclude the 1st Quarter of the school year on Thursday - October 9th.

Please continue to monitor Canvas and Unit Assessment Plans to see upcoming Progress Checks for Understanding (non-weighted grades) and Assessments of Learning (weighted grades) as part of the units in the 1st Quarter.

Please be mindful of the FISD school calendar as we conclude next week for multiple school holidays.

We Need Your Input for our 6th Annual Parents of the Pride edCamp!

Reedy High School will be hosting our Parents of the Pride EdCamp on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 5:30–7:30 pm. This special event is designed to connect, collaborate, and learn together as we strengthen the Reedy community.

To help us design the most meaningful sessions, the Reedy High School Instructional Leadership Team would love your feedback on what topics you believe would benefit parents most. Whether it’s learning more about our school, better understanding the needs of our students, or exploring ways to get involved, your voice will help shape the evening's session.

Some dates and events we would like to ask that you mark on your calendars:

• Report Cards for the 1st Quarter will be available in HAC on Friday October 17th with the 1st Quarter concluding on Thursday - October 9th

• October 10  - NO SCHOOL for FISD STUDENTS - FISD Staff Development Day

• October 13, 14 - NO SCHOOL for FISD STAFF and STUDENTS - Fall Break

• November 12th - RHS 6th Annual "Parents of the Pride" edCamp  5:40-7:30 PM

The 2025-2026 school year will conclude learning experiences with students on the final day of the 2025-2026 school calendar. Students are expected to be in attendance and will be completing their last assessment of learning of the last unit in the 4th quarter in all classes up through the last day of school on Friday - May 22nd.
