Welcome to Friends of Baldwin!

Friends of Baldwin is a 501(c)(3) volunteer organization working to strengthen the Baldwin community and support the educational experience of our students. The volunteers are caregivers of children at Baldwin, Baldwin staff, and sometimes even students, who work together to raise funds, build community, and plan and staff school-related events and enrichments, in order to help Baldwin uphold its mission and practice its values:

Baldwin’s Mission
We cultivate lifelong learners who will thrive in our ever-changing world while they also consider the needs of others. We value and celebrate community and diversity and make strong connections with families and community partners.

Baldwin’s Values
Community, Care, Growth, Effort, and Joy

Pat's Peak Ski Trip

We hope you can join us for a day of near-Spring skiing or snowboarding (or lessons) with Baldwin friends of all skiing and snowboarding levels!

Please sign up here by Wednesday, February 28!

PLEASE NOTE

We would be delighted to have all Baldwin students join. The Friend of Baldwin community raises funds to grant full scholarships to students who need financial aid. You may request a ski/snowboard scholarship for your Baldwin student plus one accompanying adult chaperone by contacting Susan Tiersch.

Limited transportation will be available this year(!!), which will be prioritized for car-free families on a first come, first served basis. We also encourage carpooling where possible. The option to request transportation can be made at the time of sign-up.

There are no chaperones for this outing! Each child must be in the care of an adult. This can be a parent/guardian or parent/guardian of a friend. Adult does not need to be skiing, so long as you are comfortable with your child(ren) skiing on their own.

Learn to ski/snowboard lessons are available to children ages 7+ - be sure to get the Beginner lesson package! Private lessons are available for children under the age of 7 and can be coordinated directly with Pats Peak.
