It's a Friendraiser featuring free Ben and Jerry's ice cream thanks to a "scooper" generous donation from their Harvard Square location. There will also be games, prizes, and fun that will kick-off an entire week of the Baldwin Blooms auction.

Baldwin teachers and families and area businesses have donated a wide variety of items to Friends of Baldwin, and we're putting them all up for auction. After you register, starting on May 7 at 8am, you can bid on such things as overnight and weekend getaways, river cruises, outdoor adventures, theater performances, gift cards to local shops and restaurants, and more!
In order to bid in the auction, you must create an account on Click Bid. A credit card number is required at registration. Your credit card will be charged only if you place the highest bid on an item.

Is it true I can come for free and there will be free ice cream?
Yes! Join us at Sacramento Field on Sunday May 7 from 2-3pm. We'll be serving up free Ben and Jerry's ice cream! You need a ticket to get ice cream: Click here to get a ticket. You'll also have a chance to learn more about the items up for auction. Our tech team will be on hand to help people register and answer any questions.
How long does the Baldwin Blooms Auction run?
The Baldwin Blooms Auction opens online at https://blooms.cbo.io on Sunday, May 7th at 8 AM and closes a week later on Sunday, May 14th at 10 PM. The auction team will be at the May 7th Kick-Off to help with any questions about using the ClickBid auction site.
How do I use the ClickBid auction site?
To bid at the auction, create a ClickBid account. A credit card is required to register. If you could prefer to pay with check, cash or other payment method, please email auction@friendsofbaldwin.org.
You will receive a confirmation email and welcome text message from Baldwin Blooms with your bidder number and personal access link. Make sure to opt-in for text message notifications to stay up to date on your bid progress.
How do I start bidding?
Go to the Baldwin Blooms auction website at https://blooms.cbo.io or click on your personal access link. Log in by entering your bidder number, phone number, or email address and hit GO.
Confirm you are the name listed by entering your password, then hit CONTINUE.
Once completely logged in, you can browse the item catalog or search by item #, keyword, or by category.
To place a bid, tap on the blue "Bid/Info" button. After you tap that button, you can then place a fast bid, bid, or set a max bid, and read details about items.
Tap on MENU > MY ITEMS to view your activity throughout the event.
How do I remove a bid?
Right after you place a bid, you have the option to Undo on the confirmation banner at the top of the screen. Once this banner goes away, you won't be able to cancel your bid.
How do I place a max bid (autobid)?
To place a max bid, tap on Bid/Info > BID/SET MAX.
Select the maximum amount you are willing to spend on the item and hit SET MAX. The system will bid up to that amount for you automatically. You will be notified via text message if you are outbid on this item, or if you win this item, you will be notified at the end of the auction (May 14, at 10pm).
I opted out of text message alerts and don't receive outbid notices. How can I fix it?
Text "START" to 56651 to begin receiving text message alerts again.
What do I do after the auction closes?
If you won the bid on a physical item, please email the auction team to let us know the best way for you to receive your item. Items can go home with your child in their backpack, they can be picked up from the school at a schedule time (pick-up times TBD), or we can arrange for your item to be delivered to you. If you won the bid on a digitial gift card, Ashley Williams will coordinate with you. Ashley and the Baldwin Blooms auction team will also follow up with all winners after the auction.
