College Course Options through BOCHES

Interested in FREE college classes? Consider taking dual/concurrent coursework while in high school - you'll get both high school and college credit for the class. BOCHES is our local grant agency that will pay for all tuition, fees, textbooks and testing required for the classes.

Please see the list below for our concurrent courses offered at RHS.

Students interested in taking classes up at CWC or online should talk with their counselor and consult the appropriate CWC Master Schedule each semester: https://www.cwc.edu/schedules-catalogs/

Please note, due to funding constraints for the 2019-20 school year, BOCHES will no longer pay for a Dual credit course IF the course is offered for concurrent enrollment - meaning students have to take the course with our teachers at RHS. All other dual enrollment courses are still open for students to register for!

Additionally, BOCHES will no longer pay for students to take courses through other community colleges and the university (they will only pay for CWC courses). If you have any questions or concerns, please consult your counselor.

Concurrent Enrollment Courses

Download the form to the left for an updated list of concurrent enrollment courses offered at RHS!

In order to earn college credit, a student MUST complete the proper forms handed out at the start of each semester, return them by the deadline, and have the proper English and Math placement scores! Concurrent Enrollment forms are pink, dual enrollment forms are green. Forms can be found with the counselors.

Early Graduation Requirements

Considering graduating early? We do offer the option for students to apply to graduate early. Please keep in mind that you must be able to meet all of your graduation requirements AND return your completed application by the stated deadline. There will NOT be any applications accepted after the deadline, since all applications must go through the counselors, our principal, and then on to our Board of Trustees for approval. Students will be notified of their approval status. Download the form below or stop in to speak with your counselor!
