Mr. Douglas and Ms. Baxter both work in the agriculture industry and know what it takes to be successful. They take that practical knowledge and show students the habits and skills they need to pursue their passions. This allows the agriculture department to show students how to do effective research, how to communicate in a business manner, and how to work business applications such as Word and Excel so they have the skills that employers are looking for.
