Kylen Douglas

Mr. Douglas grew up in Henry County, Kentucky and has been a part of agriculture his entire life. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Education and a Master's in Community and Leadership Development from UK. He takes pride in the fact that he is a National Board Certified teacher, and has been teaching for 14 years, 13 of those with Franklin County. He farms with his wife Beth and enjoys watching his children, Ben, Abby, and Claire, grow up on the same farm he grew up on. Mr. Douglas enjoys spreading his passion for the agriculture industry every day in his classes.

Erica Baxter

Mrs. Baxter grew up in Frankfort Kentucky, where she graduated from western hills high school. she then studied agriculture education at the university of kentucky to pursue her dream of becoming a agricultural teacher. while at U.K. Mrs. Baxter served as a kentucky FFA state officer and worked at FFA camp! Mrs. Baxter and her husband Reiss now live now live on a farm in mercer county with there son baby bennett. On the farm they raise beef and cut flowers, while also managing a Airbnb business and a wedding venue.
