Being on a research team was one of the most exciting aspects of working towards my Masters degree in OT, and our research topic itself was even more exciting to me, as I have always been interested in complementary and integrative therapies such as Reiki therapy. 

Using a case study design and involving an individual with a chronic pain condition, my research team investigated Reiki within the scope of Occupational Therapy with the following results (see below):
