Phoenixville, PA 

At Summer Vibes Camp at my local YMCA, I worked full-time over the summer providing activities for campers ages 4-9 in daily summer camp and aftercare programs. This experience was beneficial in my preparation for pediatric OT, as it exposed me to children of varying ages and developmental stages and allowed me to practice managing and engaging groups of children in fun and challenging activities.

Malvern, PA

I had the awesome opportunity to work for the Vanguard School during some of my holiday breaks while in college. The Vanguard School offers comprehensive special education and other clinical services to students aged 4-21 with autism and/or social/emotional/behavioral needs. This experience prepared me well for my pediatric fieldwork placements later on, as I was immersed in groups of children with a variety of special needs throughout my days at the Vanguard School and practiced engaging those children in educational and recreational activities.
