This is the purple line.  All phones must be turned off and in your bags before you cross this line.  There will be members of SLT in yellow jackets here to meet you.

Once you go over the purple line this will be your walk up to reception.  On the left hand side is the bike shed.

If you come to school on a bike or a scooter you will store it in the bike shed.  Make sure you lock it up.

As you reach reception make sure your outside coat is off before you go into school.

As you come through reception you turn right to this view.  The stairs you can see are called the maths stairs.  These are used to go to maths, English or if you have science in S5.  The library is on the right.  The ramp you can see in front take you up to S4 and out to the Sports Hall and other science labs.  IT and Inclusion is accessed from this direction too, you turn left before the ramp to IT and right to Inclusion.

As you come through reception you turn left to this view/  This leads you to Technology on this level and the food areas.

Performing Arts rooms and music are also off the lower level.

The Humanities stairs are at the end of this area to access Humanities classrooms.

Hot meals and pasta king are served from here.

Pizza, wraps and jacket potatoes are served from here

Sandwiches and salads are served from here

The main hall is where assembly's take place.  The hall is also used at break time and lunch times to eat.

DT room - this is where the resistant materials lessons will take place.  There is a also a food room and a textiles room.

The library is open before school, break times and lunch times as a quiet space to read or play chess.

Literacy lessons take place in here during lesson times.
