Four Seasons is known for our beautiful trees. The HOA had an arborist prepare an inventory of all the trees for which the Association is responsible (meaning not within a sub-association or the delegated responsibility of specific owners through an easement). The HOA uses this inventory to prepare a three-year plan for tree maintenance (pruning for health and clearance, soil treatment, pest treatment, removal, etc.).
The inventory and tree plan will be updated every three years. Click HERE for a map of the HOA tree inventory. Click on a number to find out details about that specific tree (you may need to zoom in on the map where numbers are bunched together). You can also filter the map by type of tree, tree condition, and phase it is scheduled for maintenance (phase 1 is 2026, phase 2 is 2027, and phase 3 is 2028).
If there is a physical tree you are wondering about, look for a small metal circular identifying tag on the tree with a number, and find that number on the map! If there is a tree you believe is the responsibility of the HOA and it does not have a metal tag and is not on the map, please contact maintenance@fshoa.net to review the tree for possible addition to the HOA tree inventory. Additionally, if there is a tree that does have a tag and is on the map and you believe it is on private property, please contact the Maintenance Director.
