Microsoft 365 and Outlook
Your district account provides you access to a district email account through Microsoft365 or Outlook.
To login to your district Microsoft 365 account
Go to to https://microsoft365.com, and sign in with your district email address and district password.
If you are using a device (district or personal) that has Microsoft applications installed, you will also use your district email address and district password to log in to those applications.
To access your district email account, use the Outlook option inside Microsoft365.com or an installed Outlook application on your device.
To access your district OneDrive storage*, use the OneDrive app inside Microsoft 365 or an installed OneDrive application on your device.
Google Workspace
All staff and students have a Google Workspace account associated with their district account. Google Workspace provides many collaborative and creation tools, along with a significant amount of cloud storage.
To login to your district Google Workspace account
Go to https://google.com, and sign in with your district email address and district password.
Infinite Campus
All staff with a need to access the district's Student Information System (SIS) have an Infinite Campus account associated with their district account. Staff with children in the district will use the same district account to access their Infinite Campus Parent Portal (Parent Portal does have a different URL that you must sign in from).
The district edition of Infinite Campus is updated every 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. The product is unavailable during the update.
To login to your staff Infinite Campus account Go to https://kyede4.infinitecampus.org/campus/ft_thomas.jsp, and select the "Staff/Student Log In with O365" button. Sign in with your district email address and district password if prompted by Microsoft.
Do NOT use the Username or Password fields on the default Infinite Campus login page.
Do NOT keep Infinite Campus open on your computer when not in use and NEVER share your district password.
Data within IC must be secured at all times. If there is ever a suspicion that an your account has been compromised, you must contact the Director of Technology immediately. The DTC will then notify the proper authorities.
Other Infinite Campus Accounts
All students have an Infinite Campus account as well. This is where they can check attendance, schedules, grades, fees, and access documents such as report cards and transcripts. Students log in to their Student Portal account at https://kyede4.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/ft_thomas.jsp using the exact same procedure as staff members.
All legal parents/guardians have the option of having a parent account. Parents who do not have an account should contact their child's school for instructions on setting up an account (unless they are an FTIS employee). Parents who do have an account, can log in at https://kyede4.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/ft_thomas.jsp with the username and password they have set up when creating their account.
Staff members with a child in district must use the Parent Portal web address, but still use the O365 button and their district credentials. Staff members do not need to set up a separate parent account.
Staff members who are assigned long-term substitutes due to a medical leave, must request Infinite Campus credentials for their long-term substitute. A teacher should NEVER provide their credentials to another person.
Substitutes, student teachers, practicum teachers, or any one not designated as "long-term substitutes" should not be provided any access to Infinite Campus.
Schoology
Schoology is the district provided Learning Management Software (LMS) for students in grades 3-12. This software should be utilized for digital assignments and to maintain a student's current grade report. Parents of students in grades 3-12 have an account automatically created for them, but does require they set up their own passwords.
To login to your district Schoology account
Staff and students should go to http://fortthomas.schoology.com and enter their district email address and district password.
Staff and students should not use the generic login page at schoology.com. However, parents will use the generic site to log in to their parent accounts.

Seesaw
Seesaw is the district provided Learning Management Software (LMS) for students in grades K-2.

ClassLink
ClassLink is a district provided Identity and Access Management (IAM) software. Almost all district services and subscriptions can be accessed through ClassLink. Some services and subscriptions REQUIRE access through ClassLink, but not all.
To login to your staff ClassLink account
Go to https://launchpad.classlink.com/ftis and enter your district SHORTNAME and district password*. Do not use your district email address as your username.
*If your district password does not work, then it has expired and must be changed. See the "District Accounts, Passwords, and MFA" section of this website for instructions.
ClassLink is a constant work in progress as subscriptions and services change and update. Submit a technology work order If you have a suggestion or need to have a subscription added or removed.
School Official Vendors & Products
The following vendors and associated products are deemed "School Officials" which allows the district to share student data with them.
Vendors and products that do not appear in the below list can be used only by carefully following all terms and conditions set forth by the vendor's/products' Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Students who have a "No 3rd Party Apps" flag in Infinite Campus CANNOT have an account with any vendor or product that does not appear in the list UNLESS a legal parent/guardian provides written consent for the service.
Not all applications listed below are currently available to all schools (a better list with additional information is in development).
