Supported Storage Methods
Google Drive
Your district Google Drive is the recommended location for storing district files.
Why is Google Drive the recommended storage location by the Teaching and Learning Department?
Google Drive is considered to be the the easiest method for the storing, sharing, and collaboration of ideas by most staff members.
Historically, there have been fewer reported issues related to Google Drive storage than other available storage methods.
Google offers two tools that make file management and ownership easier than most other similar tools, "Drive for desktop" and "Takeout."
Drive for Desktop
Google's Drive for Desktop application is recommended for computer users that wish to maintain copies of files on BOTH their computer and in the cloud.
