Wow ~ a great opportunity to earn and learn!
I remember feeling the excitement and the nervousness that comes with graduation and entering the next chapter of your life and having the feeling of not knowing where to find a job or if college was right for me. What did I want to major in if I did go to college? I had more questions than answers but knew I needed to find work to support myself and help my family.
I only wish I had found Chipotle and the excellent benefits 15 years ago. With a job that invested in me and my education while providing a 401k match, I could earn great money while casually pursuing my degree. I have been with Chipotle for Five years now, and I'm pursuing my Master's degree with Chipotle's assistance.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Craft & Trade Academy is committed to providing pathways and expanding skills within the construction industry. This summer, beginning June 20, CTA is running our Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Experience (P.A.C.E.) program, a ten-week long construction experience for those interested in the trades, but unsure of which career path to choose.
During the program, students receive a construction intensive introduction, learning about safety, hand & power tools, and soft skills needed on job sites, then complete 2-week rotations with four different employers in Charlotte, learning about the skills and work culture of tile installers, electricians, HVAC, and general contractors. At the end of the program, students receive OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certifications, a fully equipped toolbox, and the opportunity to work with one of the companies from their rotations. However, there is no commitment: when the program ends on August 26, students may choose to not pursue a career in the trades and leave with their certifications.
Earn $14/hr within a 40-hour work week, no evenings or weekends required!
The program runs June 20 – August 26. For more information, visit craftandtradeacademy.org and apply at info@craftandtradeacademy.org!
