Pep Band

General Information

The Pep Band is comprised of members of the Symphonic Band and Concert Band and performs at several home basketball games throughout their season. The only additional requirements of the Pep Band are to attend these performances for a grade. Repertoire for these performances is rehearsed as part of the Symphonic Band or Concert Band regular schedule.

Performance Expectations

Students are expected to be at the school at a specific call time, which is generally announced at least a week prior to the performance. All students are expected to participate in all Pep-Band performances. Special consideration is given to students involved in other school activities, provided conflicts are communicated, and compromise is always pursued. Specific guidelines are detailed in the Band Handbook.
