Module 2: Rules of writing

Since semantics is all about communication, and since much of our communication is written, it makes sense that we'd be concerned with the rules and norms that govern formal written communication.

This module will examine some of the most important - and most misunderstood - rules of English grammar, as well as how to ensure that you're following them. In addition to making you a better writer, you'll find that a solid understanding of grammar will help you tremendously on the ACT, SAT, and other standardized tests.
