ELA FAST PM #1 - Tuesday, September 2
Math FAST PM #1 - Wednesday, September 3
Write Score - Thursday, September 4
Science Diagnostic - September 2 - September 5
Civics Diagnostic - September 2 - September 5
Chromebooks are NOT compatible for virtual FAST testing.
Windows computers and iPads are most compatible for virtual testing.

Windows, iPad, and Mac iOS are operating system options for virtual testing - however FAST assessments may not be supported for the current operating system and web browser installed on your computer.
The secure browser is the application that must be downloaded to your device to take the FAST progress monitoring assessment.
The FVMS Family Testing website guides you in downloading the secure browser to your device.
Reach out to your homeroom teacher if you have any problems or errors downloading the browser on your computer.
Compliance forms are required for each student at FVMS.
Sign into the PARENT FOCUS PORTAL to complete the compliance forms.
If you are unable to log in, follow these steps.
The forms will need to be completed for each student you have at FLVS.
They must be completed by August 27th to be able to take the required Fall Testing assessments.
Spring Testing for FAST, EOCs, Writing, and Science 8 will be in-person at the locally zoned school.
Students will need a photo ID (or passport) to enter the school to test.
Complete this form to get the ID for each student you have enrolled at FLVS.
FAST ELA, FAST Math, Science, and Writing Testing (3 rounds of testing)
Progress Monitoring 1 (PM1)
Students will take this assessment virtually from home.
Students will be proctored online by FVMS staff and have up to 90 minutes to complete this assessment.
Progress Monitoring 2 (PM2)
Students will take this assessment virtually from home.
Students will be proctored online by FVMS staff and have up to 90 minutes to complete this assessment.
Progress Monitoring 3 (PM3) & EOCs
Students will take this assessment in person at a testing site in their district.
Students will receive the date, time, and location of the assessment directly from their Testing Technician closer to the testing window.
