What is the minimum number of members needed to form an ERG?
Each ERG will need to maintain a roster of 10 members. Members include the Executive Sponsor and 3 co-leaders.
Are there specific deadlines during the year for creating or joining an ERG?
Currently, no, an ERG can be formed at any time during the year. However, timely communication and action should be prioritized by leaders to best support the needs of the members and the business.
Is there a limit to the number of members an ERG has?
No, membership should be open to all employees of Fleet Feet company-owned entities. Groups are expected to have at least 10 members identified and committed to a group before moving forward with the formation of a group.
