Who is this information for?
If anyone is interested in participating in an ERG, they are encouraged to review this site in its entirety. Understanding the roles, functions, and framework for ERGs will help participants be prepared for what to expect and empower them to contribute to the group's growth and success.
What are the roles in ERGs at Fleet Feet?
ERG Leaders - Any employee employed for 6 months or longer at Fleet Feet can be an ERG Leader.
Executive Sponsors - Members of the Strategic or Operational Leadership Teams at Store Support Team are eligible to be Executive Sponsors.
Members - Any employee of a company-owned entity can join an ERG.
Allies - Anyone who outwardly advocates for others. Everyone at Fleet Feet, whether a participant in ERGs or not, should look for ways to practice allyship.
People Managers - This is for anyone who has a direct report who is interested in co-leading an ERG.
