2024-2025- Our Accomplishments:
Participated in two river cleanup events in Frankfurt, helping preserve the Main river
Organized a bake sale and carnival games fundraiser to donate to Wilderness International Network
Educating on the importance of forests and biodiversity for our lives and well-being with awareness campaigns and group collaborations for World Forestry Day.
We strive to protect the forests that are located in West Coast Canada, Peru and Germany by adopting pieces of the land allowing threatened animals, plants and the people that live there to thrive. Additionally, we also work within our own community and environment by collaborating with LOK initiatives (Oberursel) and the service group Roots Revive to help with restoring new growth in our local forests.
We meet every D-Day at morning break- 10:30 or 10:45 (depending on the day) in room 292
If you need leader information, please see service boards on the third floor of the Upper School or in the Stroth Center by the bridge.
