Organized Charity Fashion show fundraiser to support Youngster’s Appeal (an organisation that supports girls in Uganda by providing period products and helping pay for their education.) where we had eight students present five themed outfit collections.
We presented about fashion sustainability, bringing attention to the environmental impact of fashion and overproduction.
Our Charity Show raised funds to support Youngster's Appeal—Most fundraising is working towards supporting the schooling of girls in rural Uganda with one of our visitors to the Changemakers conference, Nantume.
To raise awareness of the inequalities many girls and women face around the world. We hope to inspire action to be taken, help adolescent girls in developing countries gain access to education, health services, and safety and involve the local community.
