Engineering Club
Focus:
The Engineering Club inspires students to push beyond classroom science by designing and building innovative projects in a dynamic, hands-on environment. From systems to remote-controlled devices, members actively engage in challenges and conduct independent research. By emphasizing problem-solving, creativity, and technical skills, the club cultivates strong individuals prepared for STEM pathways while fostering collaboration, leadership, and a passion for adventures in the unknown.

Focus:
Our goal is to provide an opportunity to encounter various fields of science and technology for students in grades 9-12. We run two conferences and several competitions a year as well as the student research groups.
Meeting: Every Tuesday from 15:20 to 16:20 in 337, research groups organise times with a supervising teacher conduct experimental work.

FIS Yearbook
Focus:
FIS Yearbook Club is a student service group at FIS that is central to producing the FISO Upper School Yearbook. This not only includes photography, but creating page layouts and designs, drawing illustrations, organising the various parts of the publishing process, providing editorial support, creating the mock ups and pre-production samples, supporting promotion and distribution.

Media and Broadcasting Club
Focus:
FIS Media and Broadcasting Club is a student group at FIS that supports various school activities by providing media coverage: photo/video/interview, reportage, live streams of Athletics and Performing Arts events, live-cut recordings, complete FIS Graduation Ceremony online stream and recording. Media Club also supports student’s creativity and passion related to media (photography, video production, animation, set setup, computer graphics, script writing, storytelling, etc).
Meeting: We meet on Thursday from 15:10 to 16:00 and Friday from 15:10 to 18:30 (Streaming times)

MUN: Model United Nations
Focus:
To sculpt leaders of tomorrow by inspiring meaningful debates about global challenges. Our student leaders strive to cultivate members' critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities, working closely together with students in grades 4 and above. We have been a team with MUN since 2017.

Robotics Club
Focus:
The Robotics Club aims to inspire and empower students by providing a dynamic environment to explore the fields of robotic design and programming. Our goal is to foster creativity, teamwork, and technical skills as we collaboratively build and innovate robots. Members will engage in hands-on projects, learn advanced programming, and prepare to compete in the VEX Competition, showcasing their talents and problem-solving abilities on a national and global stage.

Focus:
Our club explores how the stock market works by learning key investing strategies and applying them in simulations and in your personal portfolios. We host engaging events and lead interactive market simulations that let us experiment with real-world scenarios.

Focus:
The focus of debate club is to allow people to grow the skill of speaking. In debate club, members are given a deeper understanding and appreciation of current and historical events, fostering informed citizenship.
