Cerys Fuller

I am A Multidisciplinary Artist from Carmarthenshire, working with a range of materials, including Paint, Inks, Charcoal, Clay, and textiles, but I am looking for new ways to expand that range every day. I also like to work with these mediums sculpturally, creating both 2D and 3D work. I explore many themes like surrealism, dark humour, greed and interpreting primary imagery as a way to record my travels. My Artworks Themselves are often observational, based on a place or object, with my tenebrism exaggerated style. I use it as a way to educate myself on the subject and push perspective. I like the old-classical Traditional Celtic styles with a spooky essence, think abandoned castles/mansions with gothic architecture. I make art for the individual. I produce one of a kind pieces unique to the viewer. I aim for my art not to always have a direct, clear meaning, and it relates to people's emotional intelligence over their academic intelligence, as my outcomes themselves come from a discombobulated place. My long-time goal is to become profitable enough to support myself and my family, and then eventually be able to support my community with funding towards cats charities and local arts.
