Thank you for reaching out to the Visitor Services department resources site.

If you would like to request a service or item from the Visitor Services department, such as ropes and poles, sign holder placement, coat racks, or cashier booth breakdown, you must create a Museum Event Order. Please go to the eventorders.fieldmuseum.org to do so.

Please do not remove ropes & poles, or stanchions (sign holders) from Hall A (directly behind the fitness center) without authorization. The Visitor Services department needs to maintain this inventory to best serve our colleagues throughout the whole building.

PLEASE read the directions on the Museum Event Order site carefully. If additional services are needed that are not listed on the MEO Creator Site or for very late requests, please contact visitorservices@fieldmuseum.org at x7959.
