About me

I have been teaching at FGCS since 2008 and loving it more each year. Language arts and social studies create a wonderful blend that feed many of my personal interests.

Both my undergraduate and Masters in Education are from Pacific University where I met my partner, JC. We went to California for a bit, near where I grew up, but returned to Forest Grove.

In addition to my two children, I also have two lovely dogs. Meet Pancakes and Blueberry! They are full of energy and love.

When not working, I love spending time with my two kids, Sully and Julian. Both are students at FGCS and have spent their entire lives around or on the campus.

I also enjoy reading, hiking, gardening, baking, and dancing.
