Lecture Summary
Sustainable Church Growth Through Coaching Leadership and the Home Church Model
This session shifted the focus from traditional, building-centric ministry management to cultivating dynamic, relationship-based "Home Churches." The discussion highlighted that empowering members through coaching leadership and establishing a continuous cycle of devotion, relationship-building, invitation, and multiplication are essential to overcome stagnation and drive sustainable church growth.
1. Education Theme & Core Diagnosis
Theme: The 'Sustainable Church Growth Engine' (Base: Home Church / Method: Coaching)
Current Reality: The mission field is facing a painful reality of growth stagnation, leader and member burnout, and a loss of witnessing momentum.
Revolution of Paradigm:
Concept of the Church: From a rigid "building and organizational management" focus ➔ to a warm, organic "relationship and cell-type home church."
Leadership: From an instructing and commanding "Teacher" ➔ to an "Empowering Coach" who discovers members' potential.
2. Heaven's Original Growth Blueprint (3 Core Pillars)
Pillar 1: The Vessel of Growth – "Hyojeong Team"
Scale: Small groups of 3 to 4 people ("The smaller, the stronger"—the optimal size for deep sharing of Shim-jeong without anyone being alienated).
3 Core Elements: Open, Share, and Act. Instead of teaching, members open their hearts, share life testimonies, and make specific promises to practice true love.
Pillar 2: The Process of Growth – "16-Week Hyojeong Camp"
A 120-day period of devotion required to change faith habits into an unconscious nature and life.
4 Stages: Foundation Building (Weeks 1-4) ➔ Relationship Expansion (Weeks 5-8) ➔ Practical Witnessing (Weeks 9-12) ➔ Victory Settlement (Weeks 13-16).
Pillar 3: The Engine of Growth – "4-Cycles Principle"
Not a one-time event, but an eternal, unstoppable wheel of life multiplication and sustainable growth.
3. Witnessing Process (Detailed Stages of the 4-Cycles)
Cycle 1 (Devotion and Purification): Invisible devotion determines visible victories. Through Cheon Shim Won prayer, one empties the self-centered heart to become "pure water," preparing the spiritual environment.
Cycle 2 (Relationship Building): "Love first before teaching." Using a coaching style approach to listen and empathize with the partner's pain, opening the door to their heart before teaching the Word.
Cycle 3 (Invitation and Harvest): Officially inviting prepared souls to the safe ark and spiritual womb known as the '16-week Hyojeong Camp'.
Cycle 4 (Completion of Growth / Multiplication): When a Hyojeong Team reaches 6 or more members, it healthily undergoes "cell division." Raising a harvested member into a new leader creates the ultimate fruit of growth: "a leader giving birth to a leader" (the fruit of an apple tree is another apple tree).
4. Communication Skills: ‘Coaching’ and ‘Universal Language’
Priming Questions & Art of Listening: Believe that Heaven's answer is already inside the person. Use questions as "priming water" to help them find it, and listen to their pain without judging or advising, just wiping their tears.
Universal Language: Break down the walls of our own religious culture. Use universal words like happiness, dreams, and value to communicate with the world, lowering the threshold to build a true "Shim-jeong community."
5. 3 Execution Strategies for Field Settlement (Action Plan)
Selection: Select 3 to 4 core leaders who will practice this coaching philosophy and transmit your vision to them.
Activation: Immediately launch and operate the 16-week Hyojeong Camp in your church to change the spiritual composition of your members.
Multiplication: Do not settle for a single success model; build a system that constantly clones and spreads it.
6. Conclusion & Requests
Standard System: A Standard Manual (Standard Workbook, Self-Checklist, and Universal Manual) is ready, meaning anyone, anywhere can start immediately without confusion.
Further Education: It is strongly recommended to apply for the Cheonbo Education Center intensive courses by continent to receive deeper, more professional coaching training.
Textbook Offering: In accordance with True Mother's command, a new textbook has been created over the past year. Leaders must use this to educate all blessed families to fulfill their mission as Heavenly Tribal Messiahs.
