Leadership through Listening and Communication

Summary:

Aiming for a transition from traditional dominant leadership to trust-based servant leadership, this session focused on "Active Listening"—listening without judgment. Participants studied Carl Rogers' three core conditions: Empathic Understanding, Unconditional Positive Regard, and Congruence. Additionally, the training included coaching-style communication skills, such as nodding, mirroring, and effective questioning, to empower members' autonomy and sense of responsibility.
