This session redefined district management as the cultivation of a "Family" and focused on establishing "Team Ministry" rather than individual-driven leadership. Key topics included organizational management centered on shared vision and core values, the delegation of responsibilities, and the importance of transparent reporting systems. Participants also acquired strategies for developing local leaders and learned how to establish three-month implementation plans using growth management tools.
