We offer individual coaching sessions as well as long-term coaching engagements over multiple sessions, depending on your individual needs! Live coaching is accompanied by offline preparation and follow up. Initial coaching calls usually take place with Alexis Banks, Associate Director of Learning and Operations, who oversees coaching at Feedback Labs. During your first coaching call, our goal is to:
learn about your organization, community, and feedback goals and challenges;
offer immediate assistance in response to your most pressing questions; and
work together to determine if additional coaching sessions and ongoing support would be beneficial.
Depending on your coaching needs, Alexis may refer you to another coach on our team with a relevant skillset, background, or regional or sector focus for follow up conversations.
Please reach out to Alexis Banks at alexis@feedbacklabs.org to learn more about coaching. Please share a brief overview of the support that you need and any questions that you have about the coaching process.
You will receive a calendar invite with a Zoom link to join a virtual coaching session for the time and date that you selected.
Please email alexis@feedbacklabs.org with a brief overview of the support that you need, the name of the coach that you would like to work with, and any questions that you have about the coaching process.

Coaching is intended to help you work through specific feedback challenges, goals, and needs. You are welcome to invite multiple members of your organization, relevant individuals from partner organizations, members of a working group, and more. Coaching is not meant to take the place of training. If your organization or group is looking for an introduction to feedback for the purpose of getting started, consider taking our Introduction to Feedback Mini Course, attending a Crash Course, or offering a custom training.
