Medi-Cal: Contact the county where you reside ~ Sacramento County (916) 875-1055, El Dorado County (530) 621-6290, or Placer County (916) 872-6549 to request an ACCESS referral. Fill out the Sacramento County Service Request Form.
Kaiser Medi-Cal: Schedule an intake appointment at (916) 973-5300.
Other Insurance: Check your benefits card for Mental or Behavioral Health phone number.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): You can usually get several sessions at no charge for your child.
