Diagnostic 1 will be rostered to students as of 8/15 (teachers DO NOT need to assign the diagnostic)
To access the diagnostic, students will login to Clever and select the Edmentum tile
There will be a tile for each diagnostic (Reading and Math)
Reading Diagnostic
Students in grades 9-11 in English and English Foundations classes need to complete the diagnostic
Please note: All EL students (including Grade 12) need to complete the ELA diagnostic
Mathematics Diagnostic
Students in grades 9-11 in Integrated Math and Math Foundations classes need to complete the diagnostic
Please note: All EL students (including Grade 12) need to complete the Math diagnostic
Preparing for the Diagnostic:
In preparation for the diagnostic, students and staff should confirm that they are able to access Edmentum via the Clever Icon
If anyone is unable to access the program, , please enter a Work Order
Non-Rostered staff (i.e. Intervention Teachers, Site Admin etc.):

Please enter a work order for any access issues
New Students:
As new students are enrolled in PowerSchool, their accounts are setup in all programs (including Edmentum) via a sync between PowerSchool and Clever
Most accounts will be setup within 24 hours
If a student does not appear on a roster after 48 hours, please enter a Work Order
Clever Access (Student Usernames and Passwords)
Student Usernames:
1st Letter of First Name + 1st Three letters of the last Name + Last 4 digits of their student number
i.e. Pam Oien – ID#456789
UN: poie6789@student.fcusd.org
Student Passwords:
Passwords are a combination of their birthdate and an internal PowerSchool ID
i.e. 06/01/2010 and Internal ID: 878798
PW: 8787980601
Teachers can check student passwords by running the report available in PowerTeacher titled Student Passwords – Reference Only (DO NOT POST THIS INFORMATION)
