Virtual Academy Application 2025-2026 Enrollment Process

1. Complete Student Application (Current Virtual Academy Students and new applicants)

2. Student & Parent Virtual Interview (TBA in June)

3. Acceptance Decision (June)

**All Student & Parent Virtual Interview scheduling time emails will be sent starting in May**

If you have applied, please check your email for "Virtual Academy: Enrollment Process 25-26 SY" sent on 5/5. If you applied and did not receive that email, please email us at virtualacademy@fcps1.org 

Virtual Academy 2025-2026 Requirements:

• Solid & Stable Internet

• Full Year Commitment (HS per term commitment)

• If student is transferred or unenrolled, families may be responsible for reimbursement of classes

• Agree to Virtual Academy set up (What is Virtual Academy?)

• Must use FCPS school issued device

• Must be able to meet Engagement Criteria

• Participation in County & State Wide Assessments is still expected
