App Integrations

Apps that have been purchased for K-12 use in FCPS are being added to Schoology into either the Apps menu or as an External Tool option. All apps currently listed in the Apps menu (icon with four squares in the blue menu bar in Schoology) are simply links to those apps, as they do not have any direct integration with Schoology. For apps that do integrate with Schoology, directions are included below with all the details of how those integrations work. Note: Teachers cannot add their own apps into Schoology.

PlayPosit in Schoology

PlayPosit has a great integration with Schoology, with automatic passback of graded work from PlayPosit directly into the Schoology Gradebook. See directions from FCPS here (includes info on using Playposit with linked sections), and/or directions from Playposit here.

LockDown Browser

Use LockDown Browser to give a Test/Quiz or Assessment to your class while locking them into the exam with no access to anything else on their devices.
