Job entails: agricultural practices including operation with various implements to include: planting, fertilizer application, lime application, application of pesticides for weed control and aquatics, and snow removal. Additionally there will be many projects requiring manual operations such as eradicating bamboo, mile a minute, and other invasive plants. Successful candidates will be trained. 90% of our work is outdoors and hours will be contingent on weather in many cases.
Pay range $20 hour anything over 40 hours a week pays time and a half.
Qualifications: Must have a valid MD drivers license, proficient in the English language and the ability to effectively communicate with others, strong math skills, attention to detail, self-starter, ability to follow precise instructions, and is a team player.
