A uniform is required for this course. Our uniform sets cost approximately $100 each, but the initial uniform is paid for by FCPS (orders happen the first week of school). The uniform includes: black skull cap, white button down chef coat, checkered chef pants, a white apron, and a pair of black, non-slip kitchen safety shoes. We highly recommend you buy a second uniform. An order form will be provided if students would like to purchase a second uniform on their own. Lockers are provided for Culinary & Baking students to store their uniforms & shoes, however it is their responsibility to wash their own uniforms, at home, as necessary. We also ask that each student has a spiral notebook designated for Culinary & Baking Arts, at least one black sharpie, and several pens or pencils.
